  • Bespoke placement services for young people with complex needs(Positive Behaviour Service)

When a young person encounters our service, we co-produce a timetable routine to enhance their quality of life and skills.

Examples of this include:

  • Registering with a dentist, GP, and or optician
  • Support with assessment to carry out shopping and dietary preparation
  • Support with budgeting
  • Support with organisation of household tasks and activities of daily living.
  • Support in attending appointments with other professionals
  • Managing incidents
  • Support with access to vocational and education courses
  • Supporting the safe management of incidents
  • Support with access to leisure activities in the local community
  • Support with registering with college or local vocational classes

ESSS holds expertise with working with young people who have high support needs to safety plan offering the following:

  • Support reflective thinking
  • Support care planning with the strength-based approach
  • Support with service that provide intervention of reduction substance consumption
  • Family link work
  • Support with a trauma informed skill
  • Support for young parents
  • Support with self-harm reduction
  • Support with neuro diversity and emotional dysregulation
